Philip Artin, CCM, PMP, LEED AP BD+C is President of Artin and Associates, LLC a Program and Construction management Consulting firm based in Washington, DC. As the founder and incorporator of Artin and Associates, he is accountable for the overall coordination, direction and supervision ofthis Program and Construction Management firm.

Philip has over 40 years of recognized performance in the development of public and private sector projects/ programs. His experience includes managing different delivery methods for design and construction services for a wide variety of project types with timely and fiscally responsible closeouts.

Mr. Artin is actively engaged in promoting the construction industry as evidenced by his involvement in several professional organizations, including the Construction Management Association of America(CMAA), the Project Management Institute (PMI), American Society of Civil Engineers- Construction Institute and Environmental & Water Resources Institute (ASCE-CI and EWRI), the National Academy of Construction (NAC) and the US Green Building Council – National Capital Region (USGBC – NCR).

Additionally, he is equally committed to encouraging students to pursue careers in the construction industry and is heavily involved in academia.
